How do I place an order?
Select your award style, enter the quantity, upload engraving details or logos, and proceed to checkout. Within one business day you’ll receive a digital proof for approval—production starts only after you click “Approve.”
What is the standard production time?
Standard lead time is 10 business days from final proof approval. This does not include carrier transit time.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Yes. Expedite options as quick as 3–5 business days are available on many styles. Rush fees and expedited shipping charges apply—contact us for a quote.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Absolutely. Every order receives a PDF, spellings, and logo placement. Nothing is produced without your written sign‑off.
Do you ship directly to individual agents?
We offer drop‑shipping worldwide. Upload a CSV/Excel file with recipient addresses during checkout or email it to your account manager.
What if my award arrives damaged or with an engraving error?
Email photos to [email protected] within 3 business days. We’ll remake and reship at no cost under our Return & Replacement Promise.
